Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Ratr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

The Service

Ratr provides AI-powered appearance analysis, personalized improvement recommendations, expert courses, transformation tracking, and community features. The service is available as a mobile application for iOS.

Our AI analysis provides scores and metrics based on computer vision models trained on peer-reviewed research. These scores are informational and should not be interpreted as medical advice or absolute measures of attractiveness.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your information current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions & Payments

Ratr offers free and premium tiers. Premium features require an active subscription, billed through the Apple App Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you submit to Ratr, including photos, posts, and profile information. By submitting content, you grant Ratr a limited license to process, store, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains nudity or sexually explicit material
• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Impersonates another person
• Contains malware or malicious code

Community Guidelines

Ratr includes social and community features. When participating, you agree to:

• Treat other users with respect
• Not bully, harass, or discriminate against others
• Not spam or post irrelevant promotional content
• Not share other users' content without permission
• Report violations through in-app reporting tools

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate community guidelines without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

The Ratr app, including its AI models, algorithms, design, branding, course content, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by Ratr. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the service.

Disclaimers

Ratr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• AI scores or analyses are perfectly accurate
• Following recommendations will achieve specific results
• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

Ratr is not a medical service. Our analysis and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health or fitness routine.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratr and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Ratr and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the timeline described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of Ratr after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
