• Users can upload images for AI-based physique analysis.

• Images are stored indefinitely for tracking progress unless deleted by the user.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We collect non-personal data related to app performance and user behavior:

• Device information (device type, OS version).

• Usage data (app interactions, features used).

• Analytics data (collected via Supabase for app improvement).

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:
Provide AI-powered physique analysis.
Store user-uploaded images for progress tracking.
Send important updates and notifications.
Improve app performance and user experience.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third-party advertisers.

3. Image Storage & Retention

• Uploaded images are stored securely in Supabase.

• Photos are not used for AI training.

• Users can delete images at any time within the app.

4. Data Security

We take security seriously and implement industry-standard protections, including:
JWT (JSON Web Token) authentication.
Access tokens with expiration & refresh token mechanism.
Bearer token authorization for API requests.

Despite these measures, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not share user data with third-party advertising networks. However, we use:

• Supabase (for secure image and data storage).

• Apple (for subscription processing via the App Store).

Each third-party service has its own privacy policies governing data use.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data:

• Delete Images: You can delete uploaded images anytime in the app.

• Account Deletion: Users can request full account deletion, including all stored data, via the app settings.

Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

7. Children's Privacy

• Ratr is not intended for minors under 13.

• We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

• If we discover that a child under 13 has provided data, we will delete it immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Changes will take effect upon posting in the app.

We recommend reviewing this policy regularly to stay informed. Continued use of Ratr after updates means acceptance of the revised policy.
