Users may upload photos for AI-powered physique analysis and progress tracking.

Important: No Facial or Biometric Data Collection

Ratr does not:

• Collect, analyze, or store facial recognition data

• Perform face scanning or facial mapping

• Extract biometric identifiers

• Use faces or facial features for identification, analysis, or any secondary purpose

If your face appears in a photo, it is treated as part of the general image, not as biometric data. We perform no face-based processing.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

We automatically collect non-personal usage data, including:

• Device type and OS version

• App interactions and performance metrics

• Analytics data for product improvement

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

• Provide AI-powered physique analysis requested by the user

• Display progress over time

• Store uploaded photos for personal tracking

• Improve app functionality and performance

• Deliver account-related notifications

We do not:

• Sell your data

• Use photos for model training

3. Image Storage & Retention

3.1 Storage

Uploaded photos are stored securely through Supabase, using encrypted storage and authenticated access controls.

3.2 Retention

• Photos are stored indefinitely so users can view long-term fitness progress.

• You may delete any photo at any time from within the app.

• Once deleted, the image is permanently removed and cannot be restored.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including:

• JWT authentication

• Expiring access tokens

• Secure API authorization

• Encrypted storage layers

No system is completely secure, but we take all reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

We use:

• Supabase for secure data and image storage

• Apple for secure subscription processing

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data, including:

• Photo deletion at any time

• Account deletion, which permanently removes all associated user data

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

7. Children’s Privacy

Ratr is not intended for users under 13.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
If such data is discovered, it will be deleted immediately.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Updates become effective upon posting in the app. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
